Any file format
With LeManSys™ you can use any file format as a basis for your schoolings.
The only condition is that the file format can be displayed in the viewer's browser (e.g. Internet Explorer). There are plug-ins for the common file formats. Standard formats include:

Flexibility and efficiency of the product and service are at the center of the LeManSys™ design.
Every user starts LeManSys™ using a uniform login screen and, as a distributed application, LeManSys™ is accessible throughout the whole company network and over the internet by any computer which has access to that network.
LeManSys™ supports you in mapping different workflows, responsibilities, hierarchies and groups by using an extensive and efficient legal framework.
In case any functionality should emerge as not sufficient for your processes or requirements we are willing to adapt the system to your needs. There is the possibility of enhancing the system with additional modules as well.
Extensive statistics
To secure success in learning and early problem recognition, LeManSys™ supports you with an extensive statistical evaluation capability.
Using LeManSys™ you can create different visual styles and use live statistics. These allow you an early recognition of flaws and give a permanent overview of the usage of the system. Statistics do not contain personal data so personal evaluation is not an issue.
Simple Administration and Maintenance
In developing LeManSys™, we designed a system with simple administration and maintenance not requiring the need for specialized knowledge.
The system offers the possibility of importing user data from your employee database through different interfaces. With additional maintenance routines the system offers a minimum of manual maintenance.
The system is constantly being developed and expanded and new modules and functionalities added. Practical applicatoin of the developed modules are tested and discussed in cooperation with Pfeifer & Langen KG (
www.pfeifer-langen.de, about 1.500 system users). This ensures the experience of a pilot user has direct influence on system development.
